Radhi Devlukia-Shetty is coming out with a new book on how to eat healthily and be radiant in life. The wife of a former monk, and Popular author and life coach, Jay Shetty, is a degree holder in nutrition. She has been an advocate for healthy living and the incorporation of Ayurveda in our day-to-day life. So now she believes she has the opportunity to use her skills and education in developing a formula for healthy and radiant food habits
“I want it to be a guide, something that connects people back to their own bodies and the food they eat. A place where I can share the tools and practices I have learned and used that transformed my relationship with myself, food and nature.”
The book Titled “JoyFull” comprises 125 plant-based recipes. Radhi Shetty says that she had gone back to her Indian roots for the collection of recipes that she has in her books. She had almost 185 recipes, to begin with, and eventually brought it down to 125 that is inspired by her personal cooking styles and Indian foods

Thinking of the variety in each chapter, the sweet, the savory, the crunchy, the creamy, all the textures, colors and flavors, but ultimately all with the intention to balance health and satisfaction in each meal, and get your spice cupboard overflowing!”
Both Radhi Shetty and her husband Jay Shetty can be seen sharing lifestyle and healthy living tips with millions of people through their social media sites. Apart from this they also own the brand SAMA TEA and ayurveda inspired adaptogenic brand.
The book is Radhi Shetty’s first Cookbook and is set to release on Jan 2024. and People Magazine even had the cover exclusive. Yup! Next year but the preorders are already open.
