Do I have to really say that the series is amazing ? its more than amazing. I was recommended no scratch that I was gifted this book by @b00kr3vi3s and eversince this has gone on to become one of my favourite series. I owe b00kr3vi3s for introducing me to this series

Throne of Glass Official Synopsis

When magic has gone from the world, and a vicious king rules from his throne of glass, an assassin comes to the castle. She does not come to kill, but to win her freedom. If she can defeat twenty-three killers, thieves, and warriors in a competition to find the greatest assassin in the land, she will become the King’s Champion and be released from prison.

Her name is Celaena Sardothien.

The Crown Prince will provoke her. The Captain of the Guard will protect her.

And a princess from a foreign land will become the one thing Celaena never thought she’d have again: a friend.

But something evil dwells in the castle—and it’s there to kill. When her competitors start dying, horribly, one by one, Celaena’s fight for freedom becomes a fight for survival—and a desperate quest to root out the source of the evil before it destroys her world.

Throne of Glass RWAT Take

A deadly assassin and that too girl. that’s where I sign up so this was a no questions asked pick for me. It has got a good amount of layers to it and I think that’s what makes this book so worth investing.

ok maybe there was this one thing that perhaps pricked me. everything is perfect for me in the book but I kept having to remind me that this girl of ours was a deadly assassin feared by the entire nation. honestly at all times except for in between insertion of “she is the deadliest assassin” she appeared to be just another girl trapped behind the attention of two boys and love troubles along with other stuffs.

so that cribbing apart, the series is fantastic. the language and flow of the book just keeps it perfect and a worthwhile read
