P.S. I Still Love You (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before #2) by Jenny Han

The Series is getting more and more sweeter. Thank God for the box set that I am actually able to jump from one book to another instantly and without having to get out of Lara jean’s world. The second book,  P.S. I Still Love You ,  did look like it was going to get a bit intense but the way the plot line was treated was amazing.

P.S. I Still Love YouP.S. I Still Love You Official Synopsis

Lara Jean didn’t expect to really fall for Peter.
She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren’t. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever.
When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean’s feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once?

In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Timesbestseller To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that’s part of what makes it so amazing.

P.S. I Still Love You RWAT Take

I think the best part about the book is the light hearted and fun treatment of the plot. The book sails smooth and softly and it treads so cautiously through rough waters that it makes the book cute fun and sweet and never getting too intense to travel through and disrupting the fun quotient of the book

Is it me or by the second book, it feels like a lot of receipe names are being thrown around ? Well almost every chapter had a good reference to various korean and patissiere menu that kind of made me stop and wonder as to why everything is revolving around food so much in the books

The whole series is a light hearted journey through teenage crushes and first love and maybe because it was dealing with such a delicate age, that the author decided to treat it innocently.

The book is a quick light hearted entertainer and now that it is coming to Netflix I feel that this is the best time to indulge oneself into the series .

Happy reading ! Stay blessed !
