Love, Life, and the List by Kasie West

This is one of those books that can instantly lighten a heavy day. It seemed i had picked the book at the right moment since i picked this right after reading some heavy book. The book is your “disney” version romance and is quite cute and simple. Love, Life, and the List by Kasie West of a perfect summer beach read. A perfect read for romance addicts

Love, Life, and the ListLove, Life, and the List Official Synopsis

Seventeen-year-old Abby Turner’s summer isn’t going the way she’d planned. She has a not-so-secret but definitely unrequited crush on her best friend, Cooper. She hasn’t been able to manage her mother’s growing issues with anxiety. And now she’s been rejected from an art show because her work “has no heart.” So when she gets another opportunity to show her paintings Abby isn’t going to take any chances.

Which is where the list comes in.

Abby gives herself one month to do ten things, ranging from face a fear (#3) to learn a stranger’s story (#5) to fall in love (#8). She knows that if she can complete the list she’ll become the kind of artist she’s always dreamed of being. But as the deadline approaches, Abby realizes that getting through the list isn’t as straightforward as it seems… and that maybe—just maybe—she can’t change her art if she isn’t first willing to change herself.

This is the first in a set of three standalone books with crossover characters.

Love, Life, and the List Rwat Take

Love life and list is your candy floss drama and the good thing about the book is that it never gets too heavy or depressing even in its emotional stage. Its the perfect summer read. The book has to have the cutest grandpa-grandchild relation ever. It was cute, funny and adorable and kept the book light and interesting

The book can be superficial in terms that the book doesn’t offer much part from what you are reading. No deeper level character studies or in depth emotional balance and other hard edged stuffed like that. Love, Life and the List is perfect in terms that the book casually and very lightly flows through the events without being two hard on its readers or pulling them into deep emotional character plays.

I loved the book for its easy and soft narration and the ability to help its readers to lighten their moods and provide them with a perfect smooth and light romantic read. It is perfect for a lazy afternoon read
